Duchess is seeking a Team Member at our Ashtabula location to serve as a cashier and customer advocate. You will help customers with transactions using modern POS systems, and assist with a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean store, stocking shelves, and ensuring compliance with safety rules for tobacco, alcohol, and other products. We value friendly, reliable people who enjoy helping others and can work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset and willingness to help customers.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills required.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments with flexible scheduling.
• Retail or food service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized store inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory for easy product finding.
• Follow safety rules for tobacco, alcohol, lotteries and other items.
• Promote the Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program.
• Utilize technology to assist customers and track inventory.
