Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively assist to understand their needs.
• Process sales transactions and returns per Front-End procedures.
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranties, private label credit).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and SOPs; protect confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
