GPM Investments in Nashville, NC seeks a Cashier/Sales Associate for Store 17397. You will greet customers, operate the register accurately, and maintain a clean, safe store environment while following age-verification rules for lottery, tobacco, and alcohol.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Basic math skills.
• Capable of lifting 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Friendly, punctual, reliable and adaptable.
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification compliance.
• Upsell customers when possible to increase sales.
• Keep store clean and safe, including restrooms, pumps, and parking areas.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain merchandising.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; work as a team.
