Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont in Concord, NC, is seeking friendly team members to join our retail stores. You’ll ring sales, process payments, bag merchandise, and greet donors while supporting a mission-driven program.

Starting at $15/hour with annual raises and production bonuses, we offer benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, tuition reimbursement (Full Time Only), and generous team member discounts. No experience needed—training provided.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience is a plus.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the register—ring sales, handle payments, bag merchandise, and thank customers.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and organized: move clothing from the backroom, merchandise by type/color, and rotate racks.
• Maintain a clean, safe shopping environment including dressing rooms and work areas.
• Greet donors, accept donations, and issue receipts.
• Support donation door operations and perform sorting/hanger tasks as needed.
• Report safety, security, or theft concerns to store management.
• Help with other duties to support a strong team environment.
