Job summary

Nation’s Best, B&S Hardware Gilmer, is seeking a customer service associate to greet customers, answer questions, and guide them to the right products. You will help with locating items, provide personalized recommendations, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

You should be comfortable with a computer and POS system, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and willing to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in using computers and operating POS systems.
• Results-oriented with the ability to serve stores with humility and uphold Nation’s Best values.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to superior customer service.
• Physical ability to lift 25–50 pounds and perform bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
