Pay & Benefits

Base pay: $17 per hour. Part‑time associates may be eligible for Burlington’s benefits package, which includes dental and vision coverage, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan. Flexible hours and associate discount are also provided.
