Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have clear oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stock items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately (cash, credit, checks).
• Greet customers entering and exiting the store; create a friendly image.
• Verify merchandise quantities, descriptions and prices.
• Handle returns/exchanges and sales; answer phone calls.
• Receive payments on commercial accounts and aid in credit applications.
• Maintain daily drawer deposits and prepare deposits for next day.
