Iowa 80 Truckstop is hiring for a Clothing Department Associate to greet customers, stock merchandise, and ring up sales in a fast-paced setting.

This full-time on-site role offers a stable schedule (11am to 7pm) with weekends required, base pay at $15 per hour plus a $2 weekend premium, comprehensive benefits, overtime, and growth opportunities in a family-owned environment.

Earn up to $17 per hour!!

40 hours, stable set schedule!!

($15 base + $2 premium pay on weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Actively greet and engage with our customers in the service areas and on the sales floor to provide the best customer experience.
• Support in the maintenance of a neat and tidy sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience inclusive of folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising.
• Unload pallets, receive, open, and unpack merchandise and label merchandise with security tags within efficient timeline goals.
• Actively process, stock, and replenish items on sales floor and stock room.
• Assist customers on the register, report and handle all required transactions.
• Follow all procedures and routines regarding safety, security, and administrative processes in all areas of the store.
• Help to improve store sales.
• Provide information about products and answer questions.
