Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes #287 is hiring in Indianapolis for a guest-focused role. You will engage customers in-store and at events, help with cake crafting and sales, and support event setup and teardown.

We value an upbeat attitude, excellent attendance, and reliable availability including some late nights and weekends. A valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Extremely comfortable engaging with guests both in store and at events.
• Upbeat positive attitude.
• Good availability, including some late nights and weekends (for events only).
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly (event setup and tear down).
• Valid license and ability to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Shifts may be in bakery assisting guests and crafting cakes.
• Other shifts involve setting up, selling and tearing down at events (typically 1–3 weekly).
• Most events are daytime, with some going until around 10:30pm or longer.

Come join the team here at Indy-Keystone Nothing Bundt Cakes! Some shifts will be in bakery, assisting our in store guests and crafting our incredible cakes, others will be setting up, selling and tearing down at our events (typically 1-3 weekly). Most of our events are during the day throughout the week, but we do have some events that go to around 1030pm in the evening or longer events that may last an entire day. We would love to have you on the team!
