Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers in Aurora, CO is hiring a Team Member. You will help prepare signature menu items, serve guests with a friendly smile, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming. You may rotate between Coldline or Hotline roles as needed, with opportunities for cross-training.

Team Members may be trained to specialize as a Coldline or Hotline Team Member, with opportunities to become cross-trained in both areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service through a positive attitude, order accuracy and hospitality.
• Preparing and serving exceptional steakburgers, custard, ect.
• Dependable in attendance, policy and procedure.
• Always upholding the three pillars of quality, cleanliness and hospitality.
• Preparing and maintaining workstations, equipment and food.
• Work together with your team for efficiency, supporting all coworkers with dignity and respect.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
