Job summary

The Zenith Company 2, LLC - Taziki's Cafe in Lexington, KY seeks a Team Member to be our ambassador to guests, uphold our standards, and share our story with warmth. You’ll learn POS operation, cash handling, and health-safety practices while delivering fast, friendly service.

Experience is welcome but not required—we’ll train you. Flexible hours and free meals are among the benefits, with a supportive team and great environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Energetic and eager to learn, with a passion for fresh food.
• Strong communication and hospitality skills.
• Ability to work with pace and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador to guests for our service, menu, story and culture.
• Understand and use the POS (point of sale) system.
• Follow proper cash handling and payment procedures.
• Maintain health department standards throughout each shift.
• Follow alcohol handling policies and procedures and complete shift side work.

Your Role as a Taziki's Team Member:

• Being a Taziki's ambassador to guests for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture


• Understanding and using POS (point of sale register)


• Following proper cash handling and payment procedures


• Maintaining health department standards throughout each shift


• Following proper alcohol handling policies and procedures


• Performing shift side work, including opening and closing duties

The Ideal Team Member:

• Experience preferred but not required—we will train you!
