Job summary

Johnny’s Markets in Michigan is seeking Crew Members to greet customers, handle checkout, and help with fresh food and beverages at the counter. You’ll be the face of the store, delivering friendly service and turning shoppers into loyal customers.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, ringing up sales, complying with ID checks for alcohol or tobacco, restocking shelves, and keeping the store clean throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to accurately count cash and make change.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach horizontally and above the shoulder, grasp, and push buttons.
• Ability to read and interpret operating manuals, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs., and frequently carry weights up to 15 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation.
