Job summary

Pilot Company in West Monroe, LA is hiring for a Guest Services role within our travel center. You will provide fast, friendly, and clean service to guests, operate cash registers, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

Candidates should demonstrate exceptional guest service, accuracy in transactions, and ability to work as part of a team. Flexible scheduling including nights, days, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Required: Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Required: Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Required: Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
