Job summary

ZippyApp - Recruitment Marketing is seeking a cashier to provide fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service using computerized registers. You will bag orders, assist shoppers in locating items, and help keep the checkout area clean and organized.

The role requires physical ability to lift weights and a basic math aptitude. Applicants should be at least 16 years old, with high school education preferred or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must be able to frequently lift 35 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 16 years of age at least.
• High school education preferred, or an equivalent amount of education

Responsibilities

• Cashiers provide fast, friendly, and accurate check out service for our customers using computerized cash register systems.
• Cashiers bag their customers’ orders and help shoppers find items in the store.
• They assist in the cleaning and dusting of the check stands and surrounding areas and may take returns back to proper shelf locations.
