Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group, a Wingstop franchisee, is hiring a cashier to provide friendly service, take orders in person and by phone, and help deliver a great Wingstop guest experience.

You will process payments, promote menu items, and maintain clean dining areas while adhering to food safety standards. Training and certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude and dependable performance.
• Food handler certification is preferred or required where applicable.
• Cash handling experience is preferred to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a smile and provide friendly service.
• Take guest orders in person and over the phone with accuracy.
• Recommend menu items and promotions to guests.
• Process payments accurately and verify order accuracy before serving.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest contact areas including counter, dining, lobby, and restroom.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work as a team to deliver great service and support other team members as needed.
