Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking friendly, self-motivated cashiers for our Waite Park, MN location. You will provide quick, efficient check-out services, operate the register, scan items, total purchases, and bag merchandise.

A positive, outgoing attitude helps create a great customer experience. Flexible scheduling (days, nights, weekends, holidays), basic cash handling knowledge, and a High School Diploma or GED are preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a quick, friendly checkout experience and operate the cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases.
• Engage customers with a smile and create a pleasant interaction throughout the transaction.
• Cashiers are outgoing and enjoy working with people.
• Process monetary transactions including cash, check, gift card, credit/debit card, etc.
• Extend offers for the Extended Protection Policy for qualifying items.
• Maintain brand standards at the front end area and sales floor.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other company initiatives.
