Job summary

Saver Group is seeking a friendly cashier to support daily store operations, handle checkout, stock shelves, and maintain clean, organized aisles. You will provide quick, accurate service and help customers find what they need.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, the ability to stand for long shifts, and basic cash handling skills. Prior retail experience is preferred, and a positive attitude helps you thrive in a busy grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and willingness to deal with people every day.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to stand on feet for entire shift.
• Able to lift all items from belt to basket.

Responsibilities

• Operates a cash register efficiently and performs checkout procedures at or above expected performance standards including, but not limited to, accurate handling/counting of cash, EBT, debit cards, credit cards, WIC vouchers, gift cards, coupons and checks
• Follows all check-out and cash handling procedures and policies
• Stocks product on platforms, shelving, peg hooks and in baskets or refrigerated cases as needed
• Communicates in an effective and friendly way to customers.

Job Summary
