Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they enter and leave the premises.
• Manage transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system.
• Scan goods, ensure pricing and quantities are correct.
• Accept payments via cash, credit, or check and provide receipts.
• Balance the cash register at the end of shifts.
• Issue coupons, vouchers, stamps, and gift cards.
• Process returns, refunds, and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Bag and wrap purchased goods for safe transport.
• Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate.
