Overview

Primary focus: provide exceptional guest service by operating a cash register and assisting guests with a “Say Yes to the Guest” attitude. Handle scanning, ringing, and entering merchandise, collecting payment, delivering correct change, bagging, and answering guest questions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently. Collect money, checks, electronic payments, and coupons, make correct change, and ensure cash drawer security.
• Scan or ring items accurately. Identify and enter department numbers, UPCs, weights, and other details for items that cannot be scanned.
• Assist guests with locating merchandise, answering questions, and providing bagging services.
