Kneaders Bakery & Cafe in South Jordan, UT is seeking an enthusiastic part-time Morning/Daytime Front of House Team Member who shares a passion for food quality, customer service, and community. Work with a dynamic team delivering from-scratch bread, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches.

A successful team member will bring a positive attitude, excellent guest listening, and a readiness to help other departments as needed. Shifts begin as early as 7am and can run through 10pm, Monday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to listen to guests and assist with orders.
• Willingness to help other areas and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve in a fast-paced setting.

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is currently looking for an enthusiastic part-time Morning/Daytime Front of House Team Member who is as passionate about food quality, customer service, & community as we are! In the role of Front of House Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team who offer a unique menu selection from scratch baked bread & pastries to incredible soups, salads, & sandwiches all made with honest, whole ingredients.

A successful Front of House Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe must possess:

• A "can do" attitude- the ability to actively listen to guests & the confidence to suggest meal & gift items to first time guests & returning regulars
• The ability to work quickly, learn from mistakes, & look for opportunities to step in & help other departments even before being asked

A successful Front of House Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe need to be qualified with:

• 1+ years customer service/serving experience (preferred, not required)
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Flexible schedule standards -- Front of house team member shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic & time of year. Shifts can start as early as 7am and end as late as 10pm, Monday - Saturday
• You must be 16+ years old to qualify for this position
