Job summary

Workstream in Sanford, NC is seeking a qualified and responsible cashier to manage all transactions with customers efficiently and accurately at our Rustic family restaurant serving BBQ platters and Southern sides.

The ideal candidate will operate a cash register and product scanner, handle payments, provide receipts, balance the till, and deliver friendly, solution-driven service with strong math and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when entering and leaving the premises.
• Operate cash register and balance the cash drawer.

• Issue coupons, vouchers, stamps and gift cards.
• Process returns and refunds; resolve customer complaints.
• Bag and wrap purchased goods for safe transport.
• Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate.
