Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them with placing orders.
• Process transactions (cash, credit, and digital payments) accurately.
• Maintain and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Able to handle both online order and walk in customers.
• Ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly and accurately.
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area and bathroom.
• Follow all company policies and manager instructions.
