Smashburger in San Jose is hiring entry-level team members to greet guests, take accurate orders, upsell when appropriate, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming. No experience is required—we provide training and support as you learn our menu and standards, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
