Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a Guest Services position at our Russellville travel center. You will deliver fast, friendly, and clean service to guests and handle sales transactions with accuracy.

The role includes maintaining a welcoming storefront and working with a team to ensure a top-notch guest experience. We offer weekly pay, benefits including health plans, paid time off, and opportunities to grow within our travel centers and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Able to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Able to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays (preferred).
