Job summary

Meijer Great Lakes is hiring a Retail Team Member at our Richmond, KY location. You will welcome customers, handle transactions, and provide friendly, efficient service while learning our systems and programs.

You’ll help create positive moments at checkout and contribute to a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. We offer weekly pay, scheduling flexibility, educational assistance, family care leave, medical/dental/vision coverage, and opportunities for advancement through development

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Enjoy working with people and providing great service.
• Comfortable learning and using technology.
• Listen well, communicate clearly, and stay organized.
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and eager to help.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods

• Create welcoming, memorable checkout experiences that leave a lasting impression
• Use Meijer systems to complete transactions efficiently and accurately

• Answer customer questions and help resolve concerns with care
