Job summary

Lancer Hospitality is hiring a friendly Cashier for the Phoenix Zoo in Phoenix, AZ. This part-time seasonal position offers a weekly paycheck, flexible schedules, Zoo Membership perks, food discounts, and potential advancement opportunities.

As a cashier, you will interact with diverse customers and ensure a positive foodservice experience. Must have a Food Handlers Card and be able to work evenings and weekends.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a friendly, enthusiasticCashier to our team at thePhoenix Zoo! As a cashier withLancer Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to interact with a plethora of different customers and help ensure that their foodservice experience is as positive as possible.

What you'll be doing:

• Filling orders, receiving money, accurately counting back change and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Basic knowledge of math and handling money.
• Have the ability to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills.
• Have excellent communication and organization skills.
• Have excellent attention to details and service knowledge.

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior experience providing superior customer service.

Compensation Range

$15 - $16 per hour
