In addition to checkout duties, you will help promote our customer loyalty program and support other store departments during slower periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide prompt, courteous service at checkout.
• Accurately scan and bag grocery items while handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
• Promote and assist customers with enrollment in the store’s loyalty or rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked register area, including bags, receipt paper, and supplies.
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, or issues with professionalism and care.
• Monitor product codes (e.g., produce PLUs) and be alert for pricing accuracy.
• Support other store departments (e.g., stocking, bagging, front-end cleaning) as needed during slow periods.
• Follow store policies and procedures, including those related to safety, sanitation, and loss prevention.

Qualifications
