Job summary

Bob Loquercio Auto Group is seeking a dependable Cashier to join our fast-paced dealership team. You will greet customers, process payments for vehicle sales, service, and parts, and balance the cash drawer with accuracy and professionalism.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable using dealership software and Microsoft Office. Evening and weekend availability is required to support a busy service drive and showroom.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately receive and process customer payments for vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure all transactions are processed correctly.
• Process and electronically deposit checks.
• Enter and maintain vehicle information within dealership systems.
• Scan, file, and organize important dealership documents.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area while delivering exceptional customer service.
