Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in the United States is seeking a Greeter to create a great first impression for Guests on game day. You'll greet Guests, help with takeout orders, and assist with paying for orders in a fast-paced, sports-filled environment.

One minute you'll find the right spot for a Little League team; the next you're managing takeout orders and helping Guests pay for their orders. We offer flexible scheduling, meal discounts, and benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1+ year of recent retail or restaurant experience.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the workstation.
• Must be able to stand and move for up to four hours.
• Must possess basic math skills and handle money accurately.
• Should have basic knowledge of POS system; be service and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and make a great first impression.
• Assist with locating seating for groups and managing takeout orders.
• Help Guests pay for their orders and support the team during busy periods.

Requirements

Preferably a minimum of one year in a service position within the restaurant industry, but not required. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the workstation. Must be able to understand and listen attentively to Guests, supervisors, and Team Members. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period of up to four hours in length. Must possess basic math skills and have ability to handle money accurately. Should have basic knowledge of the function of POS system. Must be service and Team orientated and have patience to deliver memorable service to Guests.
