Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is hiring friendly, energetic cashiers for our Lynnwood location. You’ll greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and keep the front counter clean while following safety guidelines. Prior restaurant experience helps but is not required. Must be 16+ and able to work evenings, weekends, and late shifts in a fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments correctly.
• Answer questions and make menu recommendations as needed.
• Ensure takeout and dine-in orders are accurate before leaving the counter.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter area.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen and team to ensure fast, accurate service.
• Support other team members and help maintain restaurant cleanliness.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest driven with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, team oriented, and motivated to create a great guest experience every shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.
