This position is responsible for the overall accurate accounting of all transactions, including inventory management and cash handling. **Duties and Responsibilities**:* Maintains accurate accounting of all cash and inventory at the assigned concession stand.* Performs location worker assignments.* Stands for long periods of time.* Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees.* Plans for daily sales flow based on projections.* Plans for peak hour sales and makes change requirements known to the Food & Beverage Manager.* Organizes paperwork including cashier physical inventory stand sheets, meal sheets, spoilage reports, and cash slips.* Verifies the correct item prices according to the menu.* Stocks and restocks products upon delivery to the location.* Monitors proper recording of employees' meals and meal vouchers (if applicable).* Maintains accurate cash handling procedures at all times.* Follows all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage operations.* Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.* Maintains a clean, safe working environment.* Complies with transfer and requisition, cash handling, and purchasing policies and procedures.* Must have a valid **California Food Handler Card** and **RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certificate**.* Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. **Qualifications**: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
