Job summary

Freddy’s is seeking a Team Member to join our Operations team. You’ll help prepare our signature steakburgers and custard, provide friendly guest service, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and able to stand for long periods.

every guest is served with genuine hospitality. Team Members may be trained to specialize as a Coldline or

Hotline Team Member, with opportunities to become cross-trained in both areas. No matter the role, all duties
