Job summary

Pilot Company in Alabama is hiring for a Guest Services team member. Provide fast, friendly, and clean service at the window and counter, and support other cafe/retail aspects as needed.

Responsibilities include operating cash registers, maintaining a welcoming store environment, and working as part of a team to ensure every guest has a positive experience. Flexible scheduling may be required to cover day, evening, and weekend shifts.
