Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a Retail Cashier to deliver excellent customer service, process invoices, and sell farm store products at the register while maintaining accuracy and a positive checkout experience.

The role involves assisting customers, guiding them to the right departments, and supporting the Lead Cashier with store goals and general maintenance of the retail facility. Availability on days, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or cashier roles.
• Ability to operate a computer and a point of sale (register).
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations and provide change to customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

Retail Cashier

Job Summary: Wilco Cashiers provide excellent customer service, create invoices, and sell farm store products using established point of sale (register) procedures, focusing on customer service and accuracy. Cashiers assist in answering customer questions and helping them find the appropriate store specialists if needed. Cashiers will also provide support on the sales floor as needed and assist the Lead Cashier in reaching store goals and participating in general cleaning and maintenance of the retail facility.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in matching their needs with the relevant person or department.
• Check out customers pleasantly and accurately using established standards.
• Maintain orderly, secure, and correct invoices and cash at assigned stations.
• Maintain a clean, orderly check-out area. Keep adequate inventories of bags, blank invoices, and other materials at checkouts.
• Pleasantly answer telephones and answer customer inquiries.

Skills / Experience

• Customer service, cashier, or related experience.
