Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe in Utah is seeking a part-time Morning/Daytime Front of House Team Member who shares a passion for food quality, customer service, and community. You will work with a dynamic team delivering freshly baked breads, soups, salads, and sandwiches, all made with honest ingredients.

Shifts start as early as 7am and end by 10pm, Monday through Saturday; 16+ to qualify; flexible schedules and split-shifts are available, with Sundays closed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service/serving experience (preferred, not required).
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards.
• Flexible schedule standards -- Front of house team member shifts vary from week to week; early 7am start, up to 10pm, Mon-Sat.
• Must be 16+ years old to qualify for this position.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Actively listen to guests and suggest meals and gift items to first-time guests and regulars.
• Work quickly, learn from mistakes, and assist other departments when needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house area and follow food-handling guidelines.

A successful Front of House Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe need to be qualified with:
