Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a friendly Cashier to deliver excellent customer service at the checkout lane, ensuring quick, accurate transactions and a welcoming experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do

As a Cashier, you are the last touchpoint a customer has before leaving our store. You'll:

What You Bring

• You’re 18 years of age or older
• You enjoy working with people and providing great service
• You’re comfortable learning and using technology
• You listen well, communicate clearly, and stay organized
• You’re dependable, detail‑oriented, and eager to help
• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• You have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods
