McKeever Price Chopper is hiring a cashier to be the friendly face at checkout, helping customers with bagging and locating items for a smooth shopping experience.

You will operate the register, process payments, and stay informed on store policies while maintaining a neat, professional appearance in a fast-paced grocery setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable and trustworthy with a professional attitude.
• Basic math and literacy skills (8th grade level).
• Ability to count money accurately.

Position Overview:

As a cashier, you’ll be the face of McKeever Price Chopper, responsible for creating a welcoming and helpful atmosphere for every customer. From efficiently operating the checkout lane to assisting customers with locating products, you play a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

• Stand for 4–8 hour shifts


• Frequent walking, bending, and reaching

• Push/pull up to 40 lbs occasionally
