Job summary

Pilot Company in Decatur, Alabama is hiring entry-level team members to deliver fast, friendly service at our travel centers. Pay starts at $11.38–$14.88 per hour, with weekly pay and a benefits package for eligible colleagues.

Responsibilities include providing guests with clean service, operating registers, maintaining inventory and the store's appearance, and working as part of a host team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Preferred: Experience in a similar position.
