Job summary

Pilot Company in Decatur, IL is hiring for Guest Services team members to provide fast, friendly, and clean service at our travel center and restaurant. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and support a positive guest experience. This role also offers training opportunities in other roles within our locations.

You will operate cash registers, maintain the appearance of the dining area, and work as part of a friendly team with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
