Total Wine & More in Corte Madera, CA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver best-in-class customer service and manage daily store operations. You will assist customers, process transactions, promote the loyalty program, and help maintain a clean, compliant store environment.

Experience in retail with POS familiarity is preferred. The role requires 21+ with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, promoting loyalty program, and bagging product.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

Seasonal Role

If this job posting is coded as a seasonal role above, you can expect this position to be short term, no longer than six months, and you will have the option to apply for a non-seasonal role.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements (with or without accommodations). Must be 21 years of age or older. Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day. Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets. Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead and repeatedly. May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.
