Smashburger in New Jersey is hiring a Guest Service Expert to create great experiences for every guest. No experience needed—we provide training, and you’ll greet guests, take orders, and help with upselling in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll enjoy flexible hours, meal discounts, and a team-focused environment. You’ll stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and play a key role in delivering the Smashburger experience that keeps guests coming back.
