Job summary

Ace Hardware in Bethel, OH is hiring upbeat sales associates to warmly welcome customers, assist with projects, and ring up purchases. Prior hardware experience helps but is not required because training is provided.

You’ll join a friendly, community-minded team at a busy store with evening and weekend shifts, light lifting up to 50 lbs, and opportunities to grow with the Ace network across the region. Employee discounts and a 401k after 90 days are offered.

We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide training.

What to expect:

• You’ll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
• Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.
• Sales associates work on the sales floor and behind the registers.
• Stocking products and maintaining an organized clean environment
• You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours)
• You must lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work evening and weekends
