Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring a Guest Services team member at our travel centers and restaurants. You will provide fast, friendly service, operate cash registers, and help keep the restaurant clean and welcoming for every guest.

Pay starts between $11.60 and $15.70 per hour. We offer weekly pay, affordable health plans, paid time off, and opportunities to train for other roles within our network with flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions. Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
