Job summary

Brink’s Cash Logistics Supervisor leads the inside currency operation, ensuring accountability and security of all cash liabilities while prioritizing daily workflow. The role operates in an armed environment and enforces rules to protect Brink’s premises, property, and the safety of people.

You will supervise staff, oversee deposits, inventory, and vault check-in/out, and coach employees. Must have 3+ years in cash/vault ops, be 21+, hold a firearms permit and guard card (or ability to obtain),

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience in cash/vault processing.
• 21+ years of age.
• Valid firearms permit or ability to pass firearms licensing.
• Valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses.
• Ability to satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line supervision to Cash Logistics employees.
• Oversee daily cash operations including deposit verification, change order preparation, inventory management, and opening/closing of branch and vault check‑in/out.
• Provide coaching and skill development to employees on a consistent basis.
• Create employee scheduling to support daily workload.
• Adhere to SLA performance and contract requirements.
• Leverage systems, equipment and process redesign to drive continuous process improvement in quality and efficiency.
• Secure inventories by executing controls and ensuring strict quality compliance with security procedures.
• Ensure activities are performed in compliance with company policies, procedures, state and federal laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, handle customer inquiries, and balance transactions daily.
• Provide processing support when needed.
• Maintain orderly and clean work areas, including all machines, tables, cabinets and storage areas.
• Assist Management as needed to meet branch goals.
• Cross‑train and perform other duties as assigned.
