The position handles routine cash deposits, recordkeeping, and daily financial tasks within a collaborative team. You will respond to emails promptly, maintain organized records, and help ensure a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Distribute envelopes to the appropriate desks.
• Deposit all cash, checks, and credit cards into Accounting.
• Verify and close all open finance deposits.
• Log cash deposit bags in Brinks Log Book.
• Respond to work-related emails within 24 hours.
• File all receipts and deposit slips.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
