Job summary

Brink’s U.S., a division of Brink’s, Incorporated, is the premier provider of armored car transportation, currency processing, ATM servicing and other value added services to financial institutions and retailers. The Cash Logistics Processor role supports branch operations by verifying deposits, balancing cash, and ensuring accurate processing to keep modern commerce moving.

The position requires basic cash handling experience, physical ability to lift 50 lbs, and the ability to complete

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• Minimum of 3 months experience in cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing environments or cashier/teller.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain internal training.

Responsibilities

• Check in all work and cash through window.
• Verify cash, input data into iTrack, and validate various deposit types.
• Process check imaging into FIS system.
• Balance all teller sells.
• Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip.
• Complete daily checklists within deadlines.
• Clean stations, manage deposits, and print manifests.
• Ensure imaged work and teller paperwork are filed appropriately.
• Follow supervisor directions.

The Cash Logistics Processor Role

In branch locations around the world you will perform the critical cash accounting work that keeps modern commerce moving. You verify bank deposits, prepare cash shipments and connect money from one place to the next. Your work is essential to the operation of Brink’s.

Key Responsibilities

• Check in all work and cash through window
• Verify cash, perform data input into iTrack, mix and check for all deposit types including check only, CompuSafe, ATM, Recyclers and mixed
• Process check imaging into FIS system
• Balance all individual teller sells
• Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip
• Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day
• Clean off stations at end of day, bundle trash according to specified procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work is remaining, print check manifest and make sure deposits match
• Ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to the appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately
• Follow any direction provided by supervisor and/or manager

The Qualifications You Must Have

• 18 years old or older
• Minimum of 3 months experience in any cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing environments or being a Cashier or Teller
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position

• Cash handling experience in secure logistics or banking industry
• Basic computer skills

• HS diploma or GED
