Position: Cash Logistics Processor

The Cash Logistics Processor supports modern commerce by verifying bank deposits, preparing cash shipments, and connecting money across locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Check in all work and cash through the window
• Verify cash and perform data input into iTrack
• Mix and check all deposit types (check only, CompuSafe, ATM, recyclers, and mixed)
• Process check imaging into the FIS system
• Balance all individual teller sells
• Validate bulk pull and fill each order based on the packing slip
• Complete checklists to meet established deadlines for each major daily function
• Clean stations at the end of the day, bundle trash, sort deposit slips, and ensure no work remains
• Print check manifest and confirm deposits match
• Deliver imaged work and teller paperwork to the appropriate areas or file them appropriately
• Follow direction provided by supervisor or manager

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older
• Minimum 3 months of experience in cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing, or as a cashier or teller
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to complete and maintain all required internal training for the position

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Cash handling experience in secure logistics or banking industry
• Basic computer skills
