GardaWorld in Louisville, KY is seeking a Cash Processing Teller to process deposits, verify transactions, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will balance cash, identify discrepancies, and stay compliant with regulations while reporting any anomalies to supervision. The role requires attention to detail, reliable data entry, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Cash handling and balancing experience preferred.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Verify work and inspect deposit bags for tampering.
• Process deposits and reconcile out-of-balance conditions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Report counterfeit, SARs, AML red flags to supervisor.
• Meet or exceed deposit processing productivity standards.
• Verify cash settlements are accurate and transfer funds to vaults.
• Identify process improvements and work independently.

Your Job

As a Cash Processing Teller, you will perform the following tasks (not limited to)

• Verify assigned work and inspect deposit bags for evidence of tampering.
• Performs deposit processing functions including reconciling any out-of-balance conditions.
• Maintains compliance with all company policies including state and federal regulations.
• Identifies Counterfeit, Suspicious Activity (SAR), and any potential AML Red Flag Transactions and immediately reports same to Supervisor.
• Meets or exceeds all established deposit processing productivity standards.
• Verifies cash settlements are accurate and transfers funds to appropriate vaults.
• Identifies and shares process improvement opportunities.
• Works independently without direct supervision or oversight.

Who You Are

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cash handling and balancing experience highly desired.
• 1-2 years teller experience preferred.
• Must have strong data entry skills and experience.
• Must be Detail-oriented with basic Math skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed.
