Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a motivated cash services associate to support deposit processing and cash handling operations at our Boca Raton headquarters. You will verify deposits, reconcile out-of-balance conditions, and ensure compliance with regulations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, vigilance for counterfeit activity, and timely reporting of suspicious transactions. A high school diploma and 1–2 years teller experience are preferred, with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling and balancing experience is highly desired.
• 1–2 years teller experience preferred.
• Strong data entry skills and detail orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Verify assigned work and inspect deposit bags for evidence of tampering.
• Performs deposit processing functions including reconciling any out-of-balance conditions.
• Maintains compliance with all company policies including state and federal regulations.
• Identifies Counterfeit, Suspicious Activity (SAR), and any AML Red Flag Transactions and reports to Supervisor.
• Meets or exceeds all established deposit processing productivity standards.
• Verifies cash settlements are accurate and transfers funds to appropriate vaults.
• Identifies and shares process improvement opportunities.
• Works independently without direct supervision or oversight.

Pay Rate: $15.00 an/hr

Your Job:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed.
