Job summary

Citi in New York seeks an experienced Structurer for Cash Prime Brokerage at the AVP level to optimize the platform, manage risk, and win new client mandates. You will collaborate with Sales, In Business Risk, FRM, Credit, Operations, Technology and product partners to advance the FIPB offering.

You will monitor client profitability, oversee onboarding, and drive platform improvements while balancing risk and resources across the franchise.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years structuring experience from a financial institution.
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.
• Must be able to obtain the Series 7, 63.

Responsibilities

• Help accomplish the strategic goals of the fixed income platform and monitor key risk mitigants.
• Partner with Middle Office and Client Service to facilitate solutions for daily trading activity and client issues.
• Grow market share with existing clients by partnering with Sales and Origination.
• Facilitate seamless client onboarding and collaborate with technology/product teams to provide platform solutions.
• Monitor platform resources, including RWAs, balance sheet, liquidity, and credit line usage.
• Report to management on client profitability, trends, and return profiles; ensure governance and control processes.
